Jennifer was born and raised in the Bay Area, California. She has a B.A in liberal studies from San Francisco State University. She also spent some time living in Los Angeles, where she earned her master’s degree in education from UCLA. Prior to her work in the legal field, Jennifer, was an elementary school teacher for five years in a dual language program, where she taught in Spanish and supported diverse student communities. Inspired by her family's roots in El Salvador and their immigration journey, she is deeply passionate about helping others navigate immigration law.
