Noelia Garcia was born and raised in Pasco, Washington. She moved to Seattle for college and attended the University of Washington. She graduated college in June of 2025, with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and minors in Law, Societies & Justice and Human Rights. 

 

During the course of her studies, Noelia was involved in a lot of advocacy work and research that involved supporting her community in college. As Noelia comes from immigrant parents, she is committed to help and address the legal barriers that these communities face. 

 

During her free time, she enjoys baking and exploring new coffee shops.
